Condolence: A tribute to my belovec mother Arlene Vesperman. I wished I would have been there for you, but it was not to be. I miss you so much. I tried to find you in the murky depths of your life. But you hid well! Thanks for being at my wedding!
You gave me life! I will always love you. I remember all the fun we had as a family. I was blessed to have you as my mom. You did your best, and so will I. I would like to get my brothers and my sisters back together.May God bless you with salvation amen.

Condolence: I remember your mother being much like my mother. Always interested in what the children were doing with their friends and ferreting out information nonchalantly, not wanting to appear intrusive. But clearly caring. And wanting to be part of their children's lives.

I remember picking up your mother and older sister every day to drive them to UW-Oshkosh with me. It meant driving in the wrong direction for 2 miles before finally heading in the right direction, and cold Wisconsin winter mornings that began way too early and too dark lie heavy on my memories. But I also remember the implicit message being conveyed in Arlene's desire to learn, to better herself, and to want her children to better themselves. And as part of the extended Vesperman family, it meant that I had to take care to better myself.

You will be missed, Dean's mom.

Condolence: Condolences to you and your families, Gabe and Dean, on the loss of your mother.

Not sure why but I thought you should know… Your mother's ferns were destroyed a few weeks ago where I'd planted them in the back yard, by a fence crew putting in a new fence. The foreman gave me some much better ferns as replacements, although he didn't have to; he felt really bad about his crew trampling them, especially after I explained the history of them. Also, the Xmas Cactus that she left here is blooming, I transplanted them into slightly bigger pots a few months back. Strangely, they didn't start blooming this year until well into January… Not sure what that means.

I hope that your able to function while you grieve. It will be difficult I expect. Take your time and let folks help you if you are up to it, that includes people at work, etc.

In sorrow,
Tim Bodine
