Donald Eugene Bates, 71, peacefully passed away November 11, 2016 in his Colorado Springs home. Born March 20th, 1945, in Dover, New Jersey. Donald was a proud retired U.S. Marine, loving husband, father and friend to many..

He is survived by wife Ilene Bates, Son's Ronald Bates, Donnie Bates, Lonnie Bates, sisters Ethal Parks, Brother Justin Bates, nephew's Randy Bates, James Headdy, Step Son's Richard Arnot, Joseph Hoffman, and Shawn Hoffman.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday November 19, 2016 at 2 P.M. at
Fraternal Order Of Eagles- Friends and Family are welcome as we celebrate Don's life.
