Douglas "Doug" Scott Loeper passed away March 17, 2019 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, surrounded by his loving family. Doug was born December 28, 1971 in Springville, Pennsylvania to Donald and Barbara Loeper.

Doug was the most loving man, he showed it every day to his family, friends and coworkers. His greatest joys were his wife and children who motivated him to be the best man he could be.  He most looked forward to our weekly happy hour on Friday nights with our fr-amily where he enjoyed sharing food and drinks with the people he loved. He always welcomed new friends into his life and found joy in being around people.

His dedication to his business and his employees was unwavering. He cared so much about working hard to provide for his family and took great pride in his business. He showed strength and courage throughout his fight against cancer and never complained or gave up. Doug will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Doug is preceded in death by his father, Donald Loeper.

Doug is survived by his wife, Lauren, children, Marina (Sean) Andersson, Julien Loeper, Avery Loeper, Owen Loeper, mother, Barbara Loeper, in-laws, Alyce Stas and Dennis Dowell, brothers, David (Cathy) Loeper, Jeffrey (Alisa) Loeper, Brian Dowell, and Dennis Dowell, sisters, Susan (Kerry) Johanson and Deborah Nevin, one grandchild, Emerson and numerous "Framily" members.
