Condolence: To the family, please accept my condolence. I did not know Norman, but I do know the pain of losing a loved one and wanted to share some comfort from the scriptures. When Mary and Martha's brother Lazarus died, Jesus said to his disciples as recorded at John 11:11 “After he said these things, he added: "Lazarus our friend has fallen asleep, but I am traveling there to awaken him". Jesus was referring to the fact that Lazarus had died and he was going to awaken him or bring him back to life. When he called Lazarus’ name, the scriptures says that Lazarus came out of the tomb. Soon Jesus will awaken Norman to live forever on a peaceful earth. May you receive comfort from God.
