Obituary for Bradley D Taylor

Bradley Delbert Taylor, 63, passed away on June 28, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Simla, Colorado December 22, 1953 to Delbert and Dorothy (Durbin) Taylor. Although he was a “Colorado Native”, he lived for a short time in Montana. He retired from the Air Force as a Security Officer, and was a decorated military veteran with multiple military commendations.

Bradley enjoyed fishing, hunting, and just about any other activity that involved the outdoors, and was an accomplished tournament fisherman. He was also a very proud father and grandfather. Bradley had a true heart of service, always going out of his way to help those in need.

Bradley was preceded in death by his parents, but is survived by his wife, Phyllis; his sons James Taylor and Scott Taylor; his step-son Ty Pierson and step-daughter Carrie Allen; brothers Brian Taylor and Bill Taylor; sister Deborah Maedgen, and his grandchildren: Zachary (14), Zoe (11), Joey (12), Josh (12), and Evan (10).

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd. Burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery with military honors.
