Richard H. Osborne, age 97, passed away March 23, 2011 in Colorado Springs. Richard was born October 3, 1913 in Ft. Collins, Colorado, a son of the late, Lester and Myrtle Keller Osborne, Jr. He was a retired electrical engineer, having worked at the Air Defense Command at NORAD for many years. Richard loved to travel and was a railroad and airplane enthusiast.

He is survived by his son, Richard (Deborah) Osborne of Castle Rock. Richard was also preceded in death by his wife, Stella Ruff Osborne.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM, Sunday on March 27, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs. Entombment will follow at the Shrine of Remembrance, 1730 E. Fountain Boulevard in Colorado Springs.
