Veronica C. Nusser, 76, passed away February 18, 2011 in Colorado Springs. She was born March 26, 1934 in New Rochelle, New York, a daughter of the late, Timothy J. and Mary Helmrich Gleason. Veronica lived for many years in Hutchinson, Kansas before moving to Colorado Springs. She loved being with family and friends and enjoyed playing bingo. Veronica was a member of TREA Auxillary.

Mrs. Nusser is survived by her daughter, Cindy; sisters-in-law, Frances, Doris, Millie, and Beverly; brothers-in-law, David and Harold and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dale Nusser; a daughter, Linda Nusser and a sister Mary E. Gleason.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association through the funeral home office
