Obituary for Linda Ann Hull

Linda Ann Hull
Linda Ann Hull, 61, returned to her heavenly home on September 1, 2017 after a valiant battle with a long illness. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.

Linda was born to the late Gerald Monroe and Sally Hubbard, on a military base in Germany on September 21, 1955. Linda’s father gave his life in the Vietnam War and her mother had recently passed. Linda worked for Ingersoll Rand as a robot operator, but had been on disability when her health declined in the last 16 years. Linda’s passion for crafting whether crochet, beading, jewelry, or projects in general occupied her time. Linda had a heart for the Lord and loved to share her passion and projects she made by giving them away to anyone people she met, family, and friends.

Linda was blessed with a loving family. She married her best friend and faithful partner, Robert Cordell Hull, Jr., on November 21, 1998. Between the two of them they had three children and eight grandchildren. She is dearly missed by her loved ones, who celebrate the fact that she is at peace with her creator.

Linda is survived by her husband, Robert; her son Josh and his wife Tara Murphy; her daughter Shaunelle and her husband Jason Taylor; her daughter Jennifer and husband Rick Martin; her grandchildren Dakotah Taylor, Hunter Taylor, Dustin Taylor, Jackson Murphy, Olivia Murphy, Kyle Martin, Caleb Martin, and Anna Martin; and her brothers Larry Hubbard and Bobby Hubbard. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Viewing for family and friends will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home (1830 East Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80910) on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 6 – 8 pm. Services and celebration of life for Linda will be held at Pikes Peak Christian Church (4955 Bradley Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80911) at 1 pm on Friday, September 8, 2017 a procession will follow to lay Linda to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, with a reception to follow at Pikes Peak Christian Church.
