Condolences

Condolence From: Barry Young
Condolence: I woke up this morning and Jodie crossed my mind- unusual since I had not seen her for over 40 years. When I did I search on her name, it all came together. I knew Jodie when she attended Palmer High School and we became good friends and played in concert and stage band together. She was a woman of high morals and integrity and she had a way of influencing people around her in such a positive way. I remember if I drifted off course a bit she would tell me "That's not your style". Her kindness left a lasting mark on me that remains to this day.
Till we meet again in His Presence...

Condolence: I only just heard of Jodie's transition from this life. Reading her obituary made me wish i'd known her better.

I hope all the best for her family as they strive to move on without her in their lives. What a loss for all of them!

Condolence: Aunt Jodie you were such a wonderful person with a beautiful soul. You'll surely be missed by ALOT of people. To me you were a role model and a type of mother to me. I remember last time you were down here and you gave me some great advice. I still can't believe that you're gone. Gone too soon... I will forever hold a special place in my heart for you. RIP and thank you for being such a great aunt. To my cousins I'm so very sorry and I'm here for ALL of you. Love Patty

Condolence: Dear Garten Family,
We are so sorry for the loss of your mother. What a strong person she was! We are so sad for you, but happy for Jodie and the reunion of her with the ones who have gone on before her. It's always harder for us who are left behind, but so happy for the one who gets to be on the other side. We know you can be as strong as she was because you know how strong she was in her trials. We will miss her!

Condolence: Dear Garten family,

My heart is heavy to hear of the loss of your beloved mom and my life long friend, Jodie. I met her in middle school band, and continued our friendship in high school and on into college at UNC Greeley. She was a woman of strong faith, a faithful friend who knew from an early age that she wanted to work in the field of special education. Her church and family were the center of her life and she had immense love and pride for each of her precious children. Araya, Anya, Alyssa, Amber, Amy, AubreyEnna and Jordan - your mother's life continues through each of you. Love to you all during this time of great sadness. I know she would want us to live on, honoring her memory with our lives.
Much Love - Amy (Asp) Carter
