The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Obituary for Eleanora E. Espinoza

Eleanor was born October 31, 1919 in Carroll County, Iowa. She left this life on January 29, 2015. She was 95 years old.

Eleanor was vibrant and always active as a woman. She worked various jobs throughout the years. She was always open to any adventure or new experience. She was especially fond of trips to Cripple Creek to play the slots and she usually won. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, bingo and meeting people.

She is survived by her daughter, Pauline (Valdron) Wilson, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, her step children Tommie, Kenneth (Linda), Donald (Margie), Lori (Dennis), Guerin and their families.

She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, and friend. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed.

A Memorial Service will be held at Blunt Mortuary, 2229 W. Colorado Avenue on Tuesday, February 3 at 2 p.m.

Arrangements are in the care of Blunt Mortuary in Colorado Springs.
